Please jutr remember that Rosemary could elevate blood pressure. Ppl suffering from high blood pressure should use rosemary carefully and in moderation. I have found that using lavender sprigs where rosemary is called for has worked very well.

This is the first time I heard this caution for rosemary. I checked my references and can't find any caution like this anywhere. Including the Expanded Commission E Monographs, several herbals and pharmacopieas.

Fact is that rosemary is included in the FDA list of herbs generally regarded as safe - the GRAS list.

For adults who are not pregnant or nursing, rosemary leaf is safe when used in the amounts usually recommended.

Can "anonymous" please give us the source of her information so that we can double check?
